Our water based Urethane product High-Gloss Premier Finish is the best in class. It has been developed for application on commercial and residential flooring to maximize a professional finish while at the same time dramatically reducing maintenance costs. High-Gloss Premier Finish is an extremely durable, high gloss finish that eliminates the need to apply and re-apply multiple coats of floor finish. In addition, this product does not require burnishing or buffing. Eliminating the cycle cleaning process, High-Gloss Premier Finish will retain a high gloss for a very long time (typically one year or longer). High-Gloss Premier Finish may be used on most types of floors including VCT, Sheet Vinyl, Terrazzo, Ceramic, Wood and Concrete floors. Unlike many of the “traditional” finishes, Finished Floors exclusive High-Gloss Premier Finish does not contain any zinc. In addition, it is completely water reducible. High-Gloss Premier Finish is a near zero-VOC finish, making the product much safer for application and for the environment while reducing waste streams and hazardous chemicals. High-Gloss Premier Finish has no strong ammonia odor. This low odor product dissipates very quickly. Containers for the floor finish are completely disposable, when handled according to package instructions.
