General processes for application of High-Gloss Premier Finish.

• An in-depth interview with the client, and a written quote.
• Removal of old finishes or other impurities. Stripping all old finish to get to the original bare tile and/or flooring. Grout cleaning if needed.
• Installation of the water based Urethane on flooring or polishing of natural stone, ceramic or glazed tiles.
• Recoating the urethane with light screening starting over every year or two or re-polishing of natural stone, ceramic or glazed tiles to get the desired result.
