A Technician who may direct the work of other Technicians but is not responsible for hiring, promoting, disciplining or terminating any employees. A person whom is highly detailed in their approach to business and work. Under direct supervision of the Service Center Manager, and/or Assistant manager. May assist in on-the-job training of new Technicians. Does not routinely exercise discretion or independent judgment in daily activities. Must be able to grow. Regularly performs the duties of Technicians. Responsible for the execution of our companies 4 values, Vision and Mission Statements. Must be very flexible with Hours.
