Service Center Manager
Directs institutional floor crews to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of establishment by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Responsible for the execution of our companies 4 values, Vision and Mission Statements. Establishes standards and procedures for work of Floor Technicians. Plans work schedules to ensure adequate service. Inspects and evaluates physical condition of establishments/customers, quarterly. Each pay period inventories supplies and equipment. Asset inventories due by the 15th day after the quarter had been completed. Investigates new and improved cleaning instruments and methods. Responsible for implementation and execution of the over all Safety program. Schedules staff and controls work load. Responsible for One on one training, Orientation of Staff.
Responsible for regular maintenance and inspections of company vehicles. Recommends hiring and firing of staff. Administers annual reviews. Completes all reports in a timely manner. Manages budget. Increases Sales.
